Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify the owner that a portable terminal is stolen or left reducing the malfunction of an alarm rather than conventional one.
SOLUTION: This portable terminal system is composed of a portable terminal 21, which has a battery 17 for drive and enables wireless communication, and miniaturized radio equipment 12 provided separately from this portable terminal 21 and connected through a radio wave to the portable terminal 21 within a prescribed range. Then, this system is provided with an alarming means (alarm 11) for performing prescribed alarming when the radio wave is disconnected between the portable terminal 21 and the miniaturized radio equipment 12, a charging state detecting means (charging state detecting circuit 18) for detecting whether the battery 17 is under charging or not and a stop means (control circuit 5) for stopping the alarming by the said alarming means while the said charging state detecting means detects the state under charging.
