Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a concrete product which allows an insert to be easily and stably installed in a durable form, which prevents an insert from interfering with the removal of an inner form even when the insert is installed in the inner form, and which allows molding removal work in the same manner an in the case of a concrete product which has no insert installed therein.
SOLUTION: In a production method in which a protruding portion 20 protruding from a plug portion 11 mounted on an open side of an insert 6 is inserted into an installation hole prepared in a form 40 for installation of an insert, and in which the protruding portion 20 is broken for separation when the concrete form is removed, in order to increase the area where the installation hole contacts the protruding portion 20, a sheath tube is provided on the back of the form 40 along the installation hole for stable installation of an insert.
