To optimize the characteristics of various tires between manufacturing processes by performing assembling so as to provide the max. one part of a carcass layer being a layer outside in a radius direction and tread stripe pieces and applying vulcanization treatment not only to a surface and a strength support material but also to a tire part.
A tire part 20 is equipped with a shoulder stripe piece 22, a carcass layer 23, a bead part 24, an apex 25, a side wall 26, a rim flange 27 and two layer breakers 28. Herein, the tire part 20 is assembled in a method stage A so as to provide the max. one part of at least one carcass layer 23 and tread stripe pieces 33 as the outermost layer in a radius direction. Succeedingly, vulcanization treatment is applied to a surface and one or large number of strength support materials within a vulcanizing mold imparting a predetermined cross-sectional contour. The tire part 20 is also subjected to vulcanization treatment in a method stage B in the same way to assemble a complete tire.
