Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed letter creation device capable of wiping out an anxiety of sealed letter dispatch by confirming adaptability of the combination of contents and an envelope, without increasing a cost.SOLUTION: A sealed letter creation device includes: an encapsulation part 200 for encapsulating contents P into an envelope PE so as to view a content check mark 2, and a prescribed envelope check mark 1 from the same direction; a sealing part 300 for sealing the envelope encapsulated with the contents; a sensor 10 reading both check marks before sealing the envelope after encapsulating the contents in the envelope; and a control part 130 for determining whether combination is appropriate or not by checking both check marks read by the sensor. Since a sealing operation can be continued during checking and determining, the productivity of sealed letters is high, and an anxiety of incorrect dispatch is dissolved owing to checking and determining after encapsulating and before sealing.
