Abstract:

To provide a novel ferromagnetic powder composition suitable for being subjected to compression molding into a high-density composite constituent element.

This invention relates to the novel ferromagnetic powder composition containing: soft magnetic iron-based core particles wherein each surface of the core particles is surrounded by an insulating inorganic coating; and a lubricating amount of compound selected from a group consisting of silane, titanate, aluminate and zirconate, or mixtures thereof.
