Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a support sheet for manufacturing a ceramic sheet which can process with high accuracy and manufacture the ceramic sheet with high production efficiency and a method for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the support sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A support sheet manufactures a ceramic sheet in which first and second plastic films are laminated by the adhesive strength of 5 to 60g/100mm width, and green sheet layers are formed on the first and second plastic film surfaces of the support sheet for manufacturing the ceramic sheet. Thereafter, it is separated to the first laminated sheet in which the green sheet layer is laminated on the first film, and the second laminated sheet in which the green sheet layer is laminated on the second film, and further conductive circuits are printed on the green sheet layer surfaces of the respective laminated sheets, and then the green sheet provided with the circuits are sintered.
