Abstract:
To generate a track (motion track) on which a three-dimensional shape moves along a path as the three-dimensional shape of one continuous (smooth) part.
A CPU 1002 of a three-dimensional CAD device 1001 extracts a surface configured of a face from the surface of a three-dimensional shape (3D model for motion track calculation), and generates a track shape in which the surface is made to continuously move along a designated path for every extracted surface, and generates a new three-dimensional shape as a track shape in which the three-dimensional shape moves along the path from each track shape generated for every surface.
