Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a permanent magnet rotor having sufficient adhesion strength by knurling the outer circumferential face of a member placed between a cylindrical permanent magnet and a rotor shaft and beveling the member. CONSTITUTION:All intermediate member 14 has knurled outer circumferential face and beveled outer circumferential edge. The member 14 is fixed with a rotor shaft 12 and inserted into a permanent magnet 10, then they are bobded through adhesive. The adhesive is injected into a tubular groove formed by the beveled section 20 and the permanent magnet 10 as shown by A. Since the knurled groove serves as the path for the adhesive, the adhesive flows uniformly on the entire face in the axial and circumferential direction even if the viscosity varies slightly thus forming a good adhesive layer.
