Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle type contaminated soil effluent treating device which can make contaminated soil effluent uncontaminated by efficiently treating the contaminated soil effluent taken out of a cathode side of electrode pairs inserted into the contaminated soil with a treating means of an on-vehicle type rich mobility.
SOLUTION: The electrode pairs 21 and 22 are inserted into the soil 40 contaminated by compounds of heavy metals and the contaminated water sucked by a vacuum pump 25 from the cathode 21 is introduced via a storage tank 21 into a mixing tank 30 where the contaminants are adsorbed away by the adsorbents supplied from a hopper 28. The cleaned water is returned to a chelate introducing section 38. The contaminated adsorbents are heat treated in a kiln 3 after drying.
