Abstract:
An alloy material for a heavy oil surface tension treatment, composed of a matrix phase and a Ce addition phase. The matrix phase is (PrDy)2Fe14B; the alloy ingredients of the Ce addition phase are represented in mass percentages by ((Nd, Pr)1-x-yRexCey)30 -55FebalB0.2 -1TM0.5 -2.0, wherein Re is one or more of La, Nd, Gd and Y, and TM is one or more of Co, Ga and Cu, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1 and 0.2 ≤ y ≤ 0.6. The matrix phase (PrDy)2Fe14B is a nanoscale lamellar crystal. The alloy material, as a permanent magnetic material, is in cooperation with a zinc plate, in order to generate a stable magnetic field space, such that when a conductive fluid flows through the magnetic field space between the alloy material and the zinc plate, a stable electric field can be generated. Treating the surface tension of a heavy oil with the alloy material does not require additional chemical additives and energy consumption, has a simple operation, low costs, and no by-products are produced, and same also does not change the chemical composition of the heavy oil, and has good economic benefits.
