Provided are a commodity recommendation method and apparatus, which can be applied to an enterprise purchase platform or a personal purchase platform. The method comprises: receiving purchase demand description information input by a user, wherein the purchase demand description information is in any one of the following formats: a picture format, a voice format, a text format or a PDF format; extracting, from the purchase demand description information, property information of commodities purchased by the user; according to the property information of the purchased commodities, performing matching to obtain recommended commodities from a knowledge graph, wherein the knowledge graph comprises property information of various commodities; and presenting the recommended commodities to the user.
