Abstract:
The present invention provides a cosmetic applicator that can ensure a liquid supply property to an applicator during upward drawing/drawing after upward storage, and guarantee a drawing performance. This cosmetic applicator comprises: a collector core that guides a cosmetic liquid from a cosmetic liquid tank to an application portion; a collector in which the collector core is arranged in a penetrating manner and that temporarily accumulates the cosmetic liquid; and a cosmetic liquid retaining portion provided in the collector. In the cosmetic liquid retaining portion, a space that can retain the cosmetic liquid is formed. The cosmetic liquid retained in the cosmetic liquid retaining portion is in contact with the collector core.
