Abstract:
Provided is a gap prevention tool manufacturing method. A gap prevention tool of the present invention has a three-layer structure comprising a hardened silicon resin layer (2), an artificial leather layer (3), and a heat-adhesive resin layer. The method of the present invention comprises a coating in which a molten silicon resin (20) is applied in a layer shape onto a mold surface (60) as a sheet body; hot pressing in which the silicon resin layer (3) and the artificial leather layer (4) are formed and both layers (2, 3) come into contact with each other as a layer-shaped artificial leather (30) is hot-pressed onto the silicon resin (20) and the silicon resin (20) is hardened; and residual hot pressing in which a heat-adhesive resin film (40) is pressed onto a surface of the artificial leather layer (3) and solidified while there is a residual heat from the hot pressing to form the heat-adhesive resin layer at the same time as connecting the artificial leather layer (3) with the heat-adhesive resin layer.
