Abstract:
Provided are a maintenance work assistance device, a maintenance work assistance method, and a maintenance work assistance program, which assist maintenance work by reducing the number of dispatches of a maintenance worker. The maintenance work assistance device has: a first acquisition unit for acquiring a data set that includes a combination of machine information for a subject machine and operation information for the subject machine, or a data set that includes a combination of machine information for a subject machine and phenomenon information indicating a phenomenon related to the subject machine; a second acquisition unit for acquiring work details information, which is details of maintenance work performed on the subject machine by a maintenance worker, and in which is recorded a component that has been replaced or repaired, or a new component after replacement; and a learning unit that associates and learns the data set acquired by the first acquisition unit and the replaced or repaired component or the new component after replacement, which has been recorded in the work details information acquired by the second acquisition unit.
