Abstract:
An OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and an OLED display device. The OLED display panel reduces the thickness of at least one layer of a substrate (12) and a back plate (11) in an electronic element arrangement region (211), so that the light transmittance of the electronic element arrangement region (211) is increased, and an under-screen camera region is normally displayed without forming a hole to realize an under-screen camera, thereby increasing a screen-to-body ratio, and solving the technical problem of affecting a display effect due to the fact that a hole needs to be formed on the under-screen camera region of an existing OLED display panel.
