Abstract:
A plastic extrusion die for cable production, the plastic extrusion die belonging to the field of cable production, and comprising a base plate (1), wherein an upper surface of the base plate (1) is fixedly connected to a positioning block (2), an upper surface of the positioning block (2) is provided with a pedestal (6), a lower surface of the pedestal (6) is provided with a slide groove (3), the positioning block (2) is movably connected to the pedestal (6) via the slide groove (3), two sides of the upper surface of the base plate (1) are provided with an installation hole (4), and a fixing screw (5) is inserted inside and connected to the installation hole (4). By means of the cooperative arrangement between a connecting column (17), a lower die plate (13) and an upper die plate (20), when an operator uses the present apparatus, the operator puts plastic in a lower die groove (15) in an upper surface of the lower die plate (13) and activates a device, such that a lower pressure column (25) starts to operate downwards. In order to avoid a deviation in the positions of the upper die plate (20) and the lower die plate (13), a connection seat (16) is fixedly installed on two sides of the upper surface of the lower die plate (13), and the connecting column (17) is fixedly installed on an upper surface of the connection seat (16), so that the connecting column (17) is aligned with a connection groove (18) provided on a lower surface of the upper die plate (20), thereby effectively preventing a deviation between the upper die plate (20) and the lower die plate (13).
