Abstract:
In resin coating used in production of an LED package configured by covering an LED element (5) using a resin (8) including a phosphor, light-emission color correction processing is executed each time a prescribed interval having execution results for coating for production set beforehand has passed, said light-emission color correction processing deriving a suitable resin coating amount for resin to be coated on the LED element (5) for actual production, on the basis of measurement results from measurement of light-emission characteristics of light emitted by the resin (8) as a result of irradiating light from above on to the test-coated resin (8) for use in measurement of light-emission characteristics.
