Abstract:
[Problem] To shorten the length of time needed to determine the location of a workpiece. [Solution] The invention is provided with: an imaging unit 30; a drive unit 80 for causing the imaging unit 30 to move in a relative fashion, with respect to a workpiece W having a planar part Wa, in a planar direction parallel to the planar part Wa; a control unit 41 for controlling the drive unit 80 so that the imaging unit 30 will move on a prescribed trajectory T that passes through a plurality of places in a boundary portion Wb in the planar part Wa in plan view; a storage unit 42 for storing image information captured by the imaging unit 30 while the imaging unit 30 moves on the prescribed trajectory T, as well as coordinate information about the imaging unit 30 of when each image information was captured; a location determination unit 43 for determining the location of the workpiece W corresponding to the boundary portion Wb in the planar direction on the basis of the image information and the coordinate information stored in the storage unit 42; and an offset determination unit 44 for determining an offset of the workpiece W from a reference location S on the basis of the determination result from the location determination unit 43.
