Abstract:
A management device (70) is provided with: a degree-of-wear detection unit (72) for detecting the degree of wear of an emitter from the voltage, current, or energization time of the emitter; an attachment amount estimation unit (73) for estimating the attachment amount of a conductive material onto a package on the basis of the degree of wear of the emitter and the relationship between the degree of wear of the emitter and the attachment amount of the conductive material onto the package, which is stored in a storage unit (71); and a creeping discharge estimation unit (74) for estimating the probability of the occurrence of creeping discharge on the basis of the degree of wear of the emitter, the relationship between the degree of wear of the emitter and the attachment amount of the conductive material onto the package, which is stored in the storage unit (71), and the relationship between the attachment amount of the conductive material onto the package and the probability of the creeping discharge to the package, which is stored in the storage unit (71).
