To provide a cutting device in which a cutting blade is easily accessed even through the cutting device is made large and the workability of replacing the cutting blade, or the like is improved.

A cutting device 1 includes a housing 2, a holding table 10 moved in an X-axis direction by holding table movement means, cutting means 20 moved in a Y-axis direction by a cutting means movement mechanism, and a cassette mounting part 9 at one side in the X-axis direction of an operation surface cover 6 of the housing 2. The cutting means movement mechanism is provided by being extended up to the operation surface cover 6 of the housing 2 astride the holding table movement means in the Y-axis direction. A maintenance space K is provided at the other side of the X-axis direction sandwiching the cutting means movement mechanism of the cassette mounting part 9. An opening 50 for performing maintenance of the cutting means 20 is formed at an end part 6a of the operation surface cover 6. The cutting means 20 moved up to the operation surface cover 6 side by the cutting means movement mechanism can be subjected to maintenance from the opening 50.
