Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift for roll blind which can prevent noises by braking rotation of a winding shaft in a screen-raising direction near the upper limit raised position of a screen, while preventing a wasteful increase in the operating force required for the operation of raising the screen.
SOLUTION: In this lift for a roll blind, a winding shaft 3 supporting a screen 5 hanging therefrom is rotatably supported at both ends against support brackets 2a, 2b and is driven for rotation by a drive 9 to enable the screen 5 to be raised and lowered. The lift has a brake device for braking rotation of the winding shaft in the screen-raising direction from near the upper limit raised position of the screen 5. The brake device generates braking forces by means of a direct- moving oil damper 17.
